Energetic alignement and hands-on assists through asana labs
Intermediate and advanced asanas through a practice dedicated to Inversions and flying poses
Zen Thai Shiatsu: Learn the principles and fluid body techniques of Gwyn Williams, a creative and very effective blend of Zen Shiatsu, Osteopathy and Traditional Thai Massage.

9h-12h: Liquid Flow Masterclass
Start the day with a 3H practice to dive into a creative Liquid Flow sequence that allow for organic progression and balance, blending energy and movement seamlessly. 14h-17h: Therapeutics in motion: energetic alignement and hands-on-assists
A time to focus on alignment and bringing asanas to life through an asana-lab type of session.
You will be guided in the art of “seeing” as a teacher; how to read bodies and what instruction and hands on assists we can offer to make the practice of our students more grounded and effortless. You will develop a thorough understanding of the dynamic actions required to make each pose vibrantly alive. You will engage in accessible partner work designed to deepen your understanding of assisting techniques. Recognizing that effective assisting is a valuable complement to verbal cues, you will learn to approach hands-on assists with precision, sensitivity, and an ego-free spirit. Who is Simon Park
Simon Park began his Yoga journey in 1995 with Shiva Rea in the World Arts and Cultures Department at UCLA. Later acclaimed by Yoga Journal as "one of the most influential and gifted Yoga teachers of the next generation”. Simon has led workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats around the world since 2002. His teaching is fluid, intuitive, and encourages freedom through self-expression. Profoundly influenced by the teachings of Shiva Rea, Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, Maty Ezraty, Joan White, and Dharma Mitra, 'Liquid Flow Yoga' feels like a timeless dance between classical and modern Yoga.

Cancelation policy:
Early Cancellation: 30 Days or more before Program Start.
In the case of participant cancellation 30 days or more before the program start, you will be refunded 75% of your (full) payment.
Late Cancellation: Less than 30 Days before Program Start **
In the case of participant cancellation less than 30 days before program start, there will be no refund unless the program/training is registered to a maximum # of participants and your space can be rebooked by another participant. In that case, a 10% Rebooking/Administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
**Exception:
In the case of a Participant cancellation due to serious injury or emergency, a portion of your full payment can be applied as a credit to a later program or a refund may be available. This will be managed on a case by case basis.
